We roast to order in small batches — your bag will only be roasted after we receive your order and dispatched within 48 hours. This ensures you receive the freshest roast possible.

Freshness
Specialty coffee tastes best between 7 and 21 days after roasting. We ensure you receive the beans within this window. The roast date is on every bag — and behind every QR code.
After opening: use within 2–3 weeks and store in a cool, dry, dark place.

For hygiene reasons, food items cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours by email — we'll find a solution.
